Integrity

Integrity

One of our chosen rallying points as a company is the notion of “integrity” – not just the first definition, which is “the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness,” but also the second: “the state of being whole and undivided.” Much in the same way that a structure only has integrity if all of its elements/sides are strong and intact, we believe that Frontline will only succeed if all of its departments are solid and interconnected. For example, Frontline LTL (Less than Truckload) Sales team is the foundation of our company, but Sales cannot succeed if it is not supported by a well-functioning Operations team and a diligent Administrative backbone, etc.

This sounds fine in theory, but how does it play out daily in a modern transportation workplace? Essentially, it becomes the concept of “lateral service,” which is our in-house equivalent of customer service. It’s a helping hand lent to any colleague who needs it, regardless of position. It’s another way of embodying our spirit of team work and interconnectivity. It’s also the essence of structural and moral integrity, and it naturally transcends our departmental borders.

By serving each other in the same spirit that we serve our customers, Frontline employees elevate our own expectations and establish powerful parameters of self-leadership.
